system updates alert (Effective March 9, 2019)

As part of our ongoing efforts to increase security practices at Isagenix, protect your business, and support our digital transformation, we will be making system updates that may impact how you log in to the Back Office. Please be advised that these updates may also impact Members of your organization.

The Updates (Effective March 9, 2019)

  • When logging in to their Back Office, all Associates will not be able to use their personal Isagenix website name or Member ID for their login credentials.
  • All Associates will need to update their login to a unique username that does not match an existing Isagenix website name.

How We're Alerting Our Members

On Jan. 26, 2019, upon logging in to the Back Office, security validation will check to see if the Member's username matches their personal Isagenix website name or if the Member is using their Member ID as their username. If either scenario applies, they will receive a prompt to change their username in the My Account area of the Back Office. While this isn’t immediately required, we are encouraging our Members to make this change as soon as possible to avoid any future interruptions to their Isagenix account. Members will continue to receive this prompt until they update their username credentials. 

Effective March 9, 2019, upon logging in to the Back Office, if the Member's username matches their personal Isagenix website name, they will be required to change their username. To make the change, Members will be given a prompt to update their username. Once that is updated, they will be given full access again to their Back Office. 

If a Member uses their Member ID as their username, a prompt will appear letting them know Member IDs are no longer accepted as credentials. They will then be prompted to enter the username and password associated with their account. If the Member has forgotten their username, they will be given a prompt to retrieve their username by entering the email address associated with their Isagenix account, and then their username will be sent to them. If the email entered is not associated with their Isagenix account, they will have the opportunity to enter an alternative email address or call Customer Care to retrieve the Username associated with their account. 

We have identified the Members whose username matches their personal Isagenix website or have used their Member ID to log in and will be notifying them via email during the month of January and February. Additionally, they will be prompted upon login starting Jan. 26 if they need to update their login credentials.
