Ghosting

Let’s talk about the thing no one likes to admit: You got ghosted. Getting ghosted hurts. You send a message you’re proud of. You personalize it. You lead with good intent. And then… nothing. No reply. No reaction. Just air. And suddenly your brain spins: “Was I annoying?” “Did I sound desperate?” “Should I just stop doing outreach altogether?” I’ve had those moments too. But here’s what I want to tell you: Ghosting isn’t rejection. It’s usually just bad timing, unclear value, or poor positioning. It feels personal, but it’s not. See, your brain is wired to perceive silence as a threat. Thousands of years ago, being excluded from the group could be dangerous. So even today, when a stranger doesn’t reply to a LinkedIn message, it triggers that same feeling. But that’s biology, not reality. The best way to overcome that fear? Lead with real value. When your outreach actually helps someone… When it solves a problem, sparks curiosity, or shows genuine insight… You shift from “bothering” to “serving.” And you start to feel good about sending messages again. Because you know they’re useful, whether the person replies or not. This is why I’m so obsessed with value offers, and delivering ACTUAL value in the first message you send. It sets you up for the win because now you can: Show up with confidence Avoid sounding salesy Give people a reason to care Actually enjoy doing outreach GENERATE WAY MORE MEETINGS When you know your message helps, silence doesn’t sting as much. Because you’re not just asking for attention, you’re earning it.

recovery from kidney failure by Mike Bergida

 Hi Chuck,

It’s hard to believe how quickly time has flown since we first met you and Diane back in February -- tempus fugit, indeed!

Diane had asked Theresa what protocols I followed to recover from kidney failure, so I wanted to share what helped me personally.

I started with just X39: one patch at C7 and one over each kidney. After two weeks, my blood work showed significant improvement. But the biggest breakthrough came when I followed the full Balancing and Detox protocol I’ve attached here. I completed the entire sequence as outlined, and by the end, my lab results showed my creatinine level had reached 1.25.

Although I can’t medically prove it, I’m also convinced I experienced a marked improvement in mental clarity and coherence. Similar to what was observed in LifeWave’s brain mapping study. I’ve included a summary of that study as well, in case it’s helpful.

Let me know if you have any questions. Happy to share more from my experience.

Blessings,

Mike

Effect of LifeWave X39 Patches on Brain as Seen with P3 Brain Mapping:

Preliminary Results (54-page report)

X39 Patch and the Brain: Easy-to-Understand Summary of a Clinical Study
A group of scientists wanted to find out if wearing the X39 patch for a few weeks could help
people's brains work better. They invited 12 healthy adults (ages 50–80) to wear the patch
for 12 hours a day for 6 weeks.
The patch doesn’t have drugs or chemicals. It uses light to activate the body’s own healing
processes (like flipping on a switch in your cells).
What They Did
The scientists used a special brain scan (called P3 brain mapping) to look at how the brain
was working:
- Before using the patch
- After 3 weeks
- After 6 weeks
They also asked people how they were feeling, both physically and emotionally.
What They Found
1. Brains Got Calmer
- At the start, many people had 'hyperactive' brains (lots of overactivity — too much
“chatter” inside).
- After 3 weeks, their brains showed more relaxed and focused activity.
- By 6 weeks, the calm stayed steady. Brains weren’t too busy or too sleepy — just more
balanced.
2. Better Mood and Energy
- Some participants said they had more energy, felt sharper, and even slept better or had
more vivid dreams.
- Several said they felt better than usual emotionally and physically.
3. Reaction Time Improved, Then Normalized
- People responded faster to sounds after 3 weeks (a sign their brains were working faster).
- After 6 weeks, this leveled out — kind of like the brain adjusted itself and found its “sweet
spot.”
4. Brain Communication Improved
- The scans also showed brain areas were talking to each other more efficiently.
- Too much “cross-talk” (called hypercoherence) got toned down.
- Too little communication (hypocoherence) also improved.

Effect of LifeWave X39 Patches on Brain as Seen with P3 Brain Mapping:

Preliminary Results (54-page report)

Real People, Real Comments
- A 77-year-old health-conscious senior said her focus improved.
- A 68-year-old real estate broker felt mentally sharper and had more energy during
workouts.

- A 63-year-old holistic wellness practitioner had a calmer brain and felt a big boost in well-
being.

- A few had ups and downs (like emotional stress), but their final scans still showed better
brain balance.

Why This Matters (for Different Thinkers)
- If you love evidence: Brain scans before and after show measurable improvement in brain
function.
- If you're practical: Most people just felt better — more clear-headed, more energy, less
stress.
- If you need structure: The routine was easy — wear the patch for 12 hours daily, and that’s
it.
- If you're heart-led: The patch helped people feel more like themselves again — grounded,
calm, and energized.
Final Word
This was a pilot study, meaning it was small but carefully done. And even though not
everyone had the same results, the overall trend was clear: the X39 patch seemed to help
calm the brain, boost mood, and support mental clarity.
Want to try it? You're not alone — plenty of folks are curious, just like you.
