EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

HERE’S HOW THE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM CYCLE MATCH WORKS:
1. Qualify • Reach a recognition rank of 2-Star Golden Circle or above. • Maintain at least 20 regular Cycles for at least two commission weeks between June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020. • Maintain an active rank of Executive for at least two commission weeks between June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020. • Upon qualifying, you’ll be able to nominate one set of candidates to a Cycle Match. You can nominate one of the following sets: •  ƒ Up to two 12-month ELP Cycle Matches or ƒ Up to four 6-month Cycle Matches or ƒ One 12-month Cycle Match and two 6-month Cycle Matches.
2. Candidate Qualifies • The candidate must join Isagenix between June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020, and must not have been previously enrolled with Isagenix prior to enrollment. • The candidate must achieve at least one of these ranks: •  ƒ Director within 30 days of enrollment. ƒ Executive within 60 days of enrollment.
3. Candidate Applies • Request the Executive Leadership Program application via email from ExecutiveProgram@IsagenixCorp.com. • Have the candidate complete and submit the required Executive Leadership Program application and agreement as soon as possible after having qualified. The candidate must submit the Executive Leadership Program application within 14 days of qualifying for the program, as detailed in Step 2.
4. Earn • If approved, a participant is eligible to earn matching Cycles* on up to 50 Cycles per week, paid two weeks in arrears, for six or 12 months starting from the acceptance date. •  ƒ Maintain an active rank of Director for a 1.5x Cycle match.* ƒ Maintain an active rank of Executive for a 2x Cycle match.* • Example •  ƒ Joan, who has been accepted in the Executive Leadership Program, maintains an active rank of Director and earns five regular Cycles in a commission week. Isagenix multiplies Joan’s five Cycles by 1.5 for a match total of 7.5 Cycles. Using standard rounding rules, the 7.5 matching Cycles are rounded up to a total of eight Cycles. Joan’s eight matching Cycles are paid out two weeks in arrears in addition to her five regular Cycles for a total payout of 13 Cycles.

The Executive Leadership Program is open from June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020, to all qualifying Associates in the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. Isagenix reserves the right to audit, adjust, or deny any volume, compensation, recognition, or other incentives awarded during or as a result of this program to ensure the spirit of the program is achieved. Qualifications are subject to change by Isagenix at any time without prior notice. All candidates and sponsors must be in good standing with Isagenix to participate in the program. All Executive Leadership Program participants and sponsors will be required to execute a separate Executive Leadership Program Agreement. Recipients who are not in good standing forfeit and waive all rights, incentives, and awards under this promotion.

Why Attend Celebration in Nashville... The answer is simple: Learn quick. Earn quick.

Learning by trial-and-error isn’t ideal.

But the good news is we remember better when we make the mistakes ourselves. 😊

The bad news is very bad though. The price of learning by experience is high. Since this trial-and-error approach takes a long time, we miss out on months or years of bonuses we could have earned if we knew what to do. Missing out on all those bonus checks is expensive.

It gets worse. We pay the full cost of learning first, before we get our bonus checks.

We have a choice.

Instead of learning by trial-and-error, we can learn from others. For example:

  • Saturday training sessions.
  • Company events.
  • Helpful sponsors.
  • Books.
  • Audios.
  • Study groups.

Learn quick. Earn quick.

The only thing between where we are now and where we want to be is ... a whole bunch of stuff we haven’t learned yet. 😊

Choices.
We ask our prospect, "So what do you want to do?" And many times the answer is, "I want to think about it."

To reduce the number of "I want to think about it" replies, we should give our prospects specific choices.

One caution. Too many choices will confuse the prospect. Try to limit the choices to two or three at the most.

Motivation is hard when we don’t know how to turn it on

              Humans are short-term thinkers. Survive and worry about today. Tomorrow isn’t here yet. :)

              We procrastinate and find it hard to work on long-term goals. In fact, we even find it hard to work on short-term goals. So here is a little "action hack" we can use now.

              Attach an action to something we routinely do every day.
              How does that work?

              Let’s say that we want to make follow-up calls, but we procrastinate. Here is how we can get into action and make consistent progress on our goals. We make a deal with ourselves: "Whenever I check my phone for messages, I must make one follow-up call."
              That’s it!
              Since we check our phones dozens of times a day, we will automatically make dozens of follow-up calls.
              This is an example of attaching an action to something we routinely do every day.
              But here is the big picture!

              Attaching an action works for us. This keeps us productive and moving forward.

              But what if everyone on our team had similar action prompts? Instead of occasionally thinking about their business, they would be taking action every day!
              This is an example of using automatic habits to build our business. 
              Motivation is hard when we don’t know how to turn it on. Motivation is even harder if we don’t know what actions to take. 

              Let’s fix that now so we can grow customers, distributors ... and leaders!

              Put "action" to work and allow massive activity to build our business now.
