EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM

HERE’S HOW THE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM CYCLE MATCH WORKS:
1. Qualify • Reach a recognition rank of 2-Star Golden Circle or above. • Maintain at least 20 regular Cycles for at least two commission weeks between June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020. • Maintain an active rank of Executive for at least two commission weeks between June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020. • Upon qualifying, you’ll be able to nominate one set of candidates to a Cycle Match. You can nominate one of the following sets: •  ƒ Up to two 12-month ELP Cycle Matches or ƒ Up to four 6-month Cycle Matches or ƒ One 12-month Cycle Match and two 6-month Cycle Matches.
2. Candidate Qualifies • The candidate must join Isagenix between June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020, and must not have been previously enrolled with Isagenix prior to enrollment. • The candidate must achieve at least one of these ranks: •  ƒ Director within 30 days of enrollment. ƒ Executive within 60 days of enrollment.
3. Candidate Applies • Request the Executive Leadership Program application via email from ExecutiveProgram@IsagenixCorp.com. • Have the candidate complete and submit the required Executive Leadership Program application and agreement as soon as possible after having qualified. The candidate must submit the Executive Leadership Program application within 14 days of qualifying for the program, as detailed in Step 2.
4. Earn • If approved, a participant is eligible to earn matching Cycles* on up to 50 Cycles per week, paid two weeks in arrears, for six or 12 months starting from the acceptance date. •  ƒ Maintain an active rank of Director for a 1.5x Cycle match.* ƒ Maintain an active rank of Executive for a 2x Cycle match.* • Example •  ƒ Joan, who has been accepted in the Executive Leadership Program, maintains an active rank of Director and earns five regular Cycles in a commission week. Isagenix multiplies Joan’s five Cycles by 1.5 for a match total of 7.5 Cycles. Using standard rounding rules, the 7.5 matching Cycles are rounded up to a total of eight Cycles. Joan’s eight matching Cycles are paid out two weeks in arrears in addition to her five regular Cycles for a total payout of 13 Cycles.

Why Attend Celebration in Nashville... The answer is simple: Learn quick. Earn quick.

Learning by trial-and-error isn’t ideal.

But the good news is we remember better when we make the mistakes ourselves. 😊

The bad news is very bad though. The price of learning by experience is high. Since this trial-and-error approach takes a long time, we miss out on months or years of bonuses we could have earned if we knew what to do. Missing out on all those bonus checks is expensive.

It gets worse. We pay the full cost of learning first, before we get our bonus checks.

We have a choice.

Instead of learning by trial-and-error, we can learn from others. For example:

  • Saturday training sessions.
  • Company events.
  • Helpful sponsors.
  • Books.
  • Audios.
  • Study groups.

Learn quick. Earn quick.

The only thing between where we are now and where we want to be is ... a whole bunch of stuff we haven’t learned yet. 😊

Choices.
We ask our prospect, "So what do you want to do?" And many times the answer is, "I want to think about it."

To reduce the number of "I want to think about it" replies, we should give our prospects specific choices.

One caution. Too many choices will confuse the prospect. Try to limit the choices to two or three at the most.

Motivation is hard when we don’t know how to turn it on

              Humans are short-term thinkers. Survive and worry about today. Tomorrow isn’t here yet. :)

              We procrastinate and find it hard to work on long-term goals. In fact, we even find it hard to work on short-term goals. So here is a little "action hack" we can use now.

              Attach an action to something we routinely do every day.
              How does that work?

              Let’s say that we want to make follow-up calls, but we procrastinate. Here is how we can get into action and make consistent progress on our goals. We make a deal with ourselves: "Whenever I check my phone for messages, I must make one follow-up call."
              That’s it!
              Since we check our phones dozens of times a day, we will automatically make dozens of follow-up calls.
              This is an example of attaching an action to something we routinely do every day.
              But here is the big picture!

              Attaching an action works for us. This keeps us productive and moving forward.

              But what if everyone on our team had similar action prompts? Instead of occasionally thinking about their business, they would be taking action every day!
              This is an example of using automatic habits to build our business. 
              Motivation is hard when we don’t know how to turn it on. Motivation is even harder if we don’t know what actions to take. 

              Let’s fix that now so we can grow customers, distributors ... and leaders!

              Put "action" to work and allow massive activity to build our business now.

              6/11/19 his response: Thanks Chuck. I've never done very well with meal-replacement plans. I think missing out on the different flavors and textures of a typical meal that a drink just doesn't hold up for me.

              6/11/19 my response: Thanks for the feedback. I thought it was more the price than the actual program. The basic plan I was going to recommend is a meal replacement shake in the AM and two pills in the AM and two pills in the PM. It's simple and affordable and you get to eat your two other meals for lunch and dinner. If you are interested, here is a very interesting video on the program using just the two products I mentioned. Taking good care of our health now can literally add 10-12 years of healthy life.               The first skill for new distributors.
              A good friend calls and says, "Hi, good friend." Already we are feeling anxiety. We hope our good friend is not asking us to lend money, or to help move furniture.

              Our good friend continues, "I just joined a new business. I can't wait to show you. I just need 30 minutes of your time. When can we get together?"

              Now, what is going on in the back of our minds? We think, "I can't give you 30 minutes. I can’t even give you 30 seconds." And that is why it is an uphill struggle to get appointments. We ask too much. And this is the challenge we give our newest distributors before they have learned a single skill.

              So the first core skill we should teach our newest distributors is rapport.Whether we teach them word commands, double facts, or even body language techniques, we are doing them a service by helping them avoid rejection and get started fast. Start with rapport.

              When working with busy and tech savvy folks, I have started using a lot more text and Facebook messenger. I would like to share with you the tips that have worked for me so far.
              Questions I ask prior to discussing pricing and offering a solution:
              1) What are your goals?
              2)What are you currently doing to reach that goal?
              3)What are you struggling with the most?
              4)Are you currently using any supplementation at all?

              How to make Awesome Presentations (Thanks to Big Al for his newsletter)

              Pick one ...

              1. Do we make presentations to educate people?
              2. Do we make presentations to entertain people?
              3. Or, do we make presentations so that our prospects make a “yes” decision to join our business?

              If you picked #3, make presentations so that our prospects make a “yes” decision to join our business, then continue reading.

              ⇒ Here is the tragedy.

              We work hard to find a prospect. Then, we get a chance to talk to that prospect. And if our presentation does not get our prospect to make a “yes” decision, we lose all that time and effort. That is sad.


              Giving an awesome, professional presentation changes all that. Prospects eagerly say, “Yes, I want to join.”

              Let’s ask ourselves this question.


              “Is making a great presentation a skill that can be learned?”

              Of course, the answer is yes. Nobody was born with this skill. It is a learned skill, like most of the skills of our network marketing profession.

              The story of two distributors.


              Distributor #1 works hard to prospect and set appointments every day. When it is time to start the presentation, Distributor #1 opens with these words:

              “Well, uh, let me tell you about our opportunity and how it can help you.”

              The prospects roll their eyes, mentally check out, set up their salesman alarms, too-good-to-be-true filters, enable their skepticism, and never join. Distributor #1 works very hard, but ultimately has no results.

              Distributor #2 works hard to prospect and set appointments every day. When it is time to start the presentation, Distributor #2 opens with these words:

              “Here is the short story.”

              The prospects sit up, pay attention, and eagerly await the next words. They are looking for reasons to join, instead of reasons not to join. 

              Instant improvement! With just a few short words.

              That was easy. Becoming a professional presenter is easy also. All we have to do is learn better presentation skills. These are very learnable skills, and we should master them early in our career.

              Then why don’t most distributors develop great presentation skills?

              #1. They feel shy or embarrassed. They don’t want to look like a sleazy salesman to their prospects. They get this feeling from using the wrong words in their current presentation.

              #2. They haven’t yet learned the skills of presenting to prospects effortlessly, in a way that prospects enjoy. Well, there is no shame in not knowing the skills when we join, but there is no excuse for refusing to learn the skills once we have joined.

              #3. They set up their presentation as a win/lose, live-or-die situation. They didn’t know that they could set up the presentation as a win-win scenario where everyone feels great.

              #4. They are nervous. Because they don’t know exactly what to say and do, objections and problems plague their presentations. This would make anyone nervous.

              ⇒ So when is a good time to fix this problem?

              How about now? Why wait to get better in our business, when we can do that now?

              An unusual thing about motivation.
              When one of our team members struggles, but continues to push forward, what is that person thinking?

              "The cost and pain of quitting is greater than the pain of continuing."

              Yes, many times the motivation does not come from the reward, but from the penalty for quitting. 

              For example, we don't want to go back to our friends and listen to them tell us, "I told you so. You should not have tried." Or, maybe if we quit, we have no way to pay off high-balance credit cards.

              Remember, both rewards and pain motivate people.
              A very simple close.
              Many networkers are terrified of closing. We don't want to look like sleazy salespeople. But we need to get a decision from our prospects.

              Closing is a big skill. We want to get better quickly. In the meantime, here is an easy, simple close that we can use.

              "This either works for you, or it doesn't."

              No one gets embarrassed. We feel good. Our prospects feel good. And they can make a choice. Some examples:

              • "Taking care of your body either works for you, or it doesn't."
              • "Using our enhanced mascara instead of false eyelashes either works for you, or it doesn't."
              • "Paying less for your utilities either works for you, or it doesn't."
              • "Having an extra paycheck every month either works for you, or it doesn’t."
