The Customer must contact LifeWave Customer Service to request a refund within 90 days of the shipping date for their order. We will provide a full refund (excluding shipping). My question is this... I order one sleeve of X39 today and do it with a monthly subscription. At thirty days my subscription goes out and at 60 days my next subscription goes out. Can my client get a refund on all three months at 90 days IF it didn't work for them OR only the initial order?
It is not much of a 90 day guarantee if it only applies to the first 30 days worth of product. Please help me understand.

It is only for the inital order, so if they'd like they can get 3 X39 in the first order and set the subscription 3 months in the future! But any orders after the first one would need to be returned unopened for a refund

If it is not working for them though they can call us at 866-202-0065 and speak with a product concern specialist who can help them get a refund for their other orders! We do a refund if the product does not work for them
