Unauthorized Online Sales (Amazon, eBay and Walmart)

 Hello Nayna,

I understand your concern with products being sold online. We do not recommend that anyone purchase from eBay since it is not authorized by LifeWave, and any product being sold there could be not non-real or expired product.

As for the moment, our Compliance team is working hard to find out who these people are and working closely with the online company that is allowing them to sell to remove them from the site. But as you might understand, this could be a hard, long process; we do wish something could be done sooner because we understand, and we don't want our customer to experience our products this way.

Thank you for the feedback provided in your previous email.

Please note that your feedback has been forwarded to our management and to the relevant departments for improvement of our services.

In the meantime, should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind Regards,

Joaquin

Joe Navarro shared this. I thought this would be great to save in our phones when people ask us about Walmart or Amazon.

If you want real results, stop buying patches from Amazon, eBay, or Walmart.

You are 100% getting fake products from China.

LifeWave has no office there, and what’s being sold on those sites is counterfeit—plain and simple.

Don’t get scammed.

Trust the friend who introduced you to this technology.

This isn’t just about quality—it’s about honor.

I proudly support friends in other direct sales companies because I believe in this industry. I believe in doing business with integrity, and giving credit where it’s due.

I genuinely don’t understand the mindset of cutting out the very person who cared enough to share something life-changing with you… just to save a few bucks with some random, faceless seller online.

That seller is operating unethically.

And for all you know, they could be a scammer, trafficker, or worse.

Why would you risk your health or your money with someone you know nothing about,

when you could support someone you actually know and trust?

Support your friends. Honor the source. Protect your health.

And yes—it’s absolutely worth getting it from the actual company.
