New improvements to your Back Office

As part of our ongoing business transformation to enrich the Customer experience, we’re thrilled to announce some exciting new improvements to your Back Office that will make it easier for you to grow your business! These enhancements are scheduled to go live on Monday, Oct. 28, 2019, and will include upgrades to the overall style, order flow, and enrollment process.

As you navigate your Back Office, you will be able to do the following:
  • Enhanced enrollment of new Customers on your mobile device.
  • Improved mini-cart design.
  • Set up a Lifestyle Rewards account with more consolidated steps.
  • Opt in to emails more efficiently.
  • Make changes directly on the order summary page.
  • Provide more detailed instructions in your order.
