I apologize for the inconvenience when enrolling a member. Our IT Team is aware of the issue and is currently being worked on,. This occurs when the billing and shipping address are different, which is most of the time that the name on the card is not the same as the account being enrolled. At this time, we advise that you enter the billing address first when putting in general customer information, then the shipping address when you get to the order shipping information page.
