How Associates can convert to a Preferred Customer on their own |

We want to let you know about a new feature we’ve added to your Back Office. Beginning April 13, when you or an Isagenix Independent Associate on your team decides they would like to convert to a Preferred Customer, they are now able to make that change on their own. (No need to call Customer Care!) Associates will be able to convert to a Preferred Customer via the My Account section of their Back Office. There, they’ll see the option to “Click here to convert to a Preferred Customer.” Then it’s easy! They’ll need to agree to the Customer terms and conditions. Make sure they know that they’ll remain an Associate until their renewal date. Until that date, they may go in and cancel the change, but once their renewal date hits, they’ll automatically be converted to a Preferred Customer. Depending on when they joined Isagenix, they may need to call Customer Care if they wish to convert back to an Associate in the future. Be sure to let your team members know that once they become a Preferred Customer, they’ll still get to enjoy 25% off retail pricing, and if they have Lifestyle Rewards, there will be no changes to their order!
